began her career at Irell & Manella. Each trained under some of the most prominent employment lawyers in California. They choose to open a boutique practice focused exclusively in employment law to provide high quality legal services in a smaller, more personalized environment. As larger law firms focused on defending class action employment lawsuits over the past several years, Ross & Silverman have continued to dedicate their practice to providing preventative employment law advice and defending lawsuits filed by individual employees and former employees against companies and individual managers. This platform allows Ross & Silverman to offer a rate structure they could not otherwise provide in a large law firm setting given their level of experience. Ross & Silverman understand each client’s strong desire to maximize results while containing costs and fees.
