Autumn L. Moore graduated from U.C.L.A. with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2006 and received her J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2010 where she was a member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and the Black Law Students Association.

Autumn recently joined Ross & Silverman LLP as an Associate in January 2016. Autumn brings five years of labor and employment law experience to our clients and her past work experience is a good compliment to our existing practice.

Autumn started her legal career with the U.S. Department of Labor as an investigator where she audited employee benefit plans for ERISA violations. Autumn next joined a small private practice in California where she represented plaintiffs in state and federal wage and hour actions in court and private arbitrations. Most recently, Autumn worked at a small defense firm, Albright, Yee & Schmit, LLP, where she provided superior legal services to clients primarily in the area of Employment Law, including advising and defending against claims for discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and breach of contract. She has also conducted significant independent workplace investigations.

Since joining Ross & Silverman in January 2016, Mrs. Moore has defended against cases for sex harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, PAGA wage and hour penalties and unfair competition. She has also conducted independent investigations of alleged employee misconduct for employers, advised on employee exemption classifications and various other wage and hour issues, and reviewed and revised Employee Handbooks.
